Christopher J. Reynolds, an American national aged 57, joined Harriman Stone Venture Inc. (HS) in 2017 and currently serves as Partner and Chief Information Officer (CIO), overseeing the Group’s global IT strategy, digital transformation, and data security framework.

Prior to joining HS, Christopher served as Executive Director in the Technology & Data Division at Goldman Sachs, leading system architecture upgrades and data platform development for the investment banking division, and driving the application of AI and algorithmic models in investment decision-making. He has over 25 years of experience in fintech and information security, with deep expertise in capital market data systems, risk control technologies, and intelligent investment research platforms.

Christopher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and earned his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He specializes in integrating technological innovation with financial business, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making and the development of intelligent investment research systems.

During his tenure at HS, Christopher has led the global digital reconstruction of the Group’s IT infrastructure and the implementation of intelligent risk management systems, significantly enhancing the company’s competitiveness in transaction security, data integration, and decision-making efficiency, laying a solid foundation for HS’s international and technology-driven transformation.
